How to ask a question

HOW TO ASK A QUESTION: Community members can poll or ask a question to get input from others in the community. More specific questions get better answers.

Step 1: Click one of the 'ASK' options

Step 2: Type question, tag topics, and post to a group or main feed.

*Topics are keywords that describe your post. They work just like hashtags. For example: 'exercise' and 'squat' can be used on a post about the squat exercise.

Step 3 (optional): Post anonymously

Step 4 (optional): Ask a poll-type question
